Non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy
PerioIndy provides a variety of surgical and non-surgical services for the treatment of periodontal disease. Many times, the early stages of periodontal disease are best treated with non-surgical periodontal therapy. Even in severe cases, non-surgical periodontal therapy often precedes surgical therapy. This is done to improve the overall tissue quality prior to surgery and also to help limit the areas requiring surgery.
In addition to customary procedures such as comprehensive exams and cleaning, we offer specialized services as well, including, but not limited to:
- Periodontal plastic surgery and smile enhancement
- Laser Treatment – including LANAP, the only FDA approved laser treatment for periodontal disease
- Advanced surgical procedures in preparation for implants
- Occlusal Therapy and bite guards
- Implants
- Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) sedation
- Oral conscious sedation
